What documentation do I need to keep for my rebate?

Typically an itemized invoice/proof of purchase showing the model number. After you complete your purchase, please contact LADWP at cpm@ladwp.com to proceed with your rebate application. In addition to signing and returning your application documents, you will be asked to provide:

• The make, model and serial number of the equipment that you purchased
• Electronic copy of your paid invoice(s)
• Photos of your newly purchased equipment
