Steps

  1. Locate your order confirmation email; keep your order number handy.
  2. Check whether the item has shipped. If not shipped, you may be able to cancel instead of returning.
  3. If the order was fulfilled by a retailer (e.g., a partner store), follow that retailer’s return policy.
  4. If the order shipped, initiate a return from your order confirmation or request a prepaid return label if eligible.
  5. Pack the item securely and include any required documentation.
