How can I update my recurring payment plan information?
You can update your payment plan information in the Eco Financing borrower portal. Please follow the steps below to make an update.
Steps to update your bank account:
- Log-in to your account at my.ecofinancing.com
- Navigate to your loan account you want to make a payment for
- Click Eco Financing Loan options near the top of the screen
- Click Manage Autopay
- From this screen you can update the payment frequency and payment method used
- If you want to update the payment method to a new payment method, please follow How do I set up a payment method FAQ before starting step 4.
- After you enter the frequency and payment method you want to use you can review the payment schedule and the Autopay consent
- Once the information is updated click Set Autopay/ Update Autopay
