How do I access my statements?

You will receive an email every month when your statement is ready with your payment amount, payment due date and the remaining balance of your loan. You will be provided with a link to access your statements in the email.

There are statements available to view and download in the borrower portal for the entire lifespan of your loan account. 

Steps to access statements:

  1. Navigate to your loan account you want to view a statement for
  2. Once you are on the account page, locate the Statements tab on the top bar of the page
  3. Click Statements, from here you can view all your statements for the lifetime of your loan.
