How do I confirm a payment was received?

You can see payments from your loan account activity. Scroll down to the date you initiated the payment. If the payment was just initiated the payment status will appear as scheduled. The system will begin to process payments within two hours and the payment status will update to pending. Once the payment succeeds the payment will show Payment received or Due date - Paid . You will receive an email from us once your payment posts successfully.
