How do I unlock/unfreeze my credit?

If you have a freeze or lock on your credit report when you apply for a loan with Eco Financing, you'll have to temporarily lift it before applying for a loan. 

Eco Financing works with the credit report agency listed below. Make sure to lift your freeze or lock for the agency listed below if you have one in place. You can do this online or via phone using the contact information below.

When you lift your freeze or lock online or by phone, it usually takes effect quickly, sometimes within minutes. However, to be on the safe side, you should wait about an hour before you come back to Eco Financing and continue your application. When you lift your freeze or lock by mail, it can take up to a few days for the lift to take effect.
