How do I update my personal information?

Steps to update personal information:

  1. Navigate to the borrower portal at my.ecofinancing.com
  2. Log-in 
  3. Once in the borrower portal, locate your name in the top left hand corner
  4. Click the dropdown menu
  5. Click Settings
  6. Update your contact information by clicking Edit for each item
  7. Click Confirm

To change your name, please email support@ecofinancing.enervee.com with the details of your request along with a copy of the appropriate legal documentation which has your updated name. For name change due to marriage, a copy of the marriage certificate is preferred. In case of divorce, a copy of the divorce decree is preferred. However, a copy of a driver’s license or social security card reflecting the change is acceptable in both cases.
