In the event of paying a late fee etc
- Log in to the eco financing customer portal at my.ecofinancing.com.
- Select the loan you want to update auto-pay for if you have more than one.
- Select “Make a payment” from “loan options”.
- Select when you’d like the payment to be made. You can select now/today or schedule a one time payment in the future.
- Select the amount you’d like to pay.
- Choose a payment method. You can add a valid payment method via “Loan options- Manage payment methods”.
- Click continue to view a confirmation popup with the payment details. If anything is incorrect you can tap “Cancel”. If the details are correct select “Make a payment”.
