You will be informed of your upcoming payments via email. A few days before your payment is due you will get a reminder via email of the upcoming payment information. You can log-in and make payments through the borrower portal that can be found here, my.ecofinancing.com.
Once your payment is processed you will get an email informing your payment's updated status.
From your loan account activity in the borrower portal you can view upcoming and histortical payments. You can access the remaining balance of your loan by checking you loan account summary in the borrower portal .
If you have Autopay enabled your payment will automatically be initiated on your payment due date.
You will be notified via email when your payment due date is approaching.
