Steps- Locate your order confirmation email; keep your order number handy.
- Check whether the item has shipped. If not shipped, you may be able to cancel instead of returning.
- If the order was fulfilled by a retailer (e.g., a partner store), follow that retailer’s return policy.
- If the order shipped, initiate a return from your order confirmation or request a prepaid return label if eligible.
- Pack the item securely and include any required documentation.
- Refunds are issued after the item is received and processed by the fulfiller.
- Some items (e.g., installed or used goods) may have different return eligibility.
