When is my first payment due?

You will be informed of your first payment via email. You will receive an email informing you your statement is ready with payment information. A few days before your payment is due you will get a reminder via email of the upcoming payment information. You can log-in and make payments through the borrower portal that can be found here, my.ecofinancing.com.

If there is no payment amount showing in your loan account under upcoming payments, if you make a payment when there is no amount showing this will go straight towards principal. It will not affect the payment due date of the upcoming payment(s).

From your loan account overview in the borrower portal you can view upcoming payments and the remaining balance of your loan. You can also access your payment history under the tab Payments.

If you have Autopay enabled your payment will automatically be withdrawn from your account a day before your payment due date.
