How do I make a one-time manual payment?

Payments typically take 1-3 business days to apply to your account. We only accept online payments at this time. Once your payment is processed you will get an email from Dwolla. You will receive another email from Dwolla once your payment posts. Please follow the steps below to make a one-time payment.


Steps to make a one-time payment: 


  1. Log in to the  Eco Financing portal at my.ecofinancing.com 

  2. Select the loan you want to make a payment for if you have more than one.

  3. Select “Make a payment” from “loan options”.

  4. Select when you’d like the payment to be made.  You can select now/today or schedule a one time payment in the future.

  5. Select the amount you’d like to pay.

  6. Choose a payment method.  You can add a valid payment method via “Loan options- Manage payment methods”.

  7. Click continue to view a confirmation popup with the payment details.  If anything is incorrect you can tap “Cancel”.  If the details are correct select “Make a payment”.


If your account has auto-pay set up, the payment will be automatically be withdrawn from your account one day before the payment due date. If you would like to make an additional payment, it will go directly to your principal and not affect future payments.
