New billing platform needs code, re-setup your Auto-Pay
Please follow the steps below and after logging into your account, simply make a one-time payment.
- Go to the eco financing borrower portal - my.ecofinancing.com
- Enter the email associated with your account
- Click Continue, the code will be sent to your email
- Go to your email inbox, check for email from support@my.ecofinancing.com (sends immediately but takes under a minute to receive it)
- Do not click resend email in the popup, this will invalidate the original code sent when you clicked continue
- Enter the code from the email
