What if I am late making a payment?

If you are late making a payment you will receive email communications from us informing you of the missed payment. If you forgot to make a payment on your due date, log-in to your borrower portal and make a payment for the loan account as soon as possible. A late fee may apply.

Please follow the steps here to make a payment. 

We recommend for you set up Autopay to help prevent late payments in the future.

When you go into the borrower portal to make a payment, you can select from paying the overdue amount, upcoming + overdue amount along with other options.
