What is the refund and return policy?

Refund and return eligibility depends on the fulfillment partner for your order. Please review the section below that matches where your order was fulfilled.

Best Buy

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Only exchanges for the same item are supported.

  • Once the return window has passed, returns or exchanges are no longer available.

Ferguson (Water Heaters — Product Only)

  • Returns are allowed within 15 days of delivery.

  • Packaging must be unopened and undamaged.

  • Opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Do not open the package until a licensed installer has confirmed all installation details.

Water Heater Warehouse (Install+)

  • Orders may be canceled prior to installation.

  • Before installation, the Water Heater Warehouse team typically works with you to confirm that the unit will be compatible with your home.

  • Once a unit is opened or installed, it cannot be returned.

  • Warranty issues or defective units are handled directly with Water Heater Warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Photos of the item are required for review.

  • Approved damaged or incorrect items will be refunded.
