Enervee Selected to Provide Consumer Marketplace for Con Edison’s Innovative REV Project

In May, Enervee and New York utility Con Edison will launch a digital energy efficient product Marketplace with the goal of helping its customers make energy smart choices while shopping for new appliances and consumer products, as part of New York state’s revolutionary Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) initiative.

The Con Edison Marketplace provided by Enervee is a dynamic web-based platform that collects, cleans and curates a range of data feeds on product and appliance energy performance. When it comes to product level energy efficiency and making the right choice the compelling choice, Marketplace delivers the clearest picture today for consumers

At the heart of the Marketplace software is the the proprietary Enervee® Data Engine, which gathers, cleans, and packages millions of data points every day. Along with making product recommendations, Enervee provides full service energy efficiency marketing that engages and inspires consumers.

The Con Edison Marketplace will also allow consumers to purchase energy saving products directly from the Marketplace, many with an instant energy rebate provided by Con Edison. The e-commerce platform is fully powered and managed by Enervee and will provide Con Edison with advanced features for tracking and reporting energy savings, and driving customer engagement.
