Long tenures. Real outcomes.

Enervee runs utility programs at checkout for 39M+ households. A fully remote team working on North American time, most of whom have been here for years. We hire rarely and carefully.

Meet the people running it

Open roles

Nothing open right now.

Roles open when there is a real need, not on a schedule. When one does, it is posted here and on LinkedIn.

What the work is

Make the efficient appliance the one people actually buy.

Most of the energy a home will use for the next decade is decided at the store, in a hurry, after the old appliance failed. We build the checkout where that decision goes right: the Enervee Score® makes the efficient model obvious, the rebate is applied on the spot, financing is approved on the spot, delivery and haul-away are in the same order.

We do this for utilities and state programs, under their brand, and we are measured on what customers actually buy. Independent evaluators, not our own dashboards, decide whether it worked. That keeps the work honest and, most days, interesting.

Who you'd work with

You'd work directly with the people who run it.

The people who run the company are the people you'd sit in calls with. Most of them have been here longer than a decade, and the platform they built now runs programs for utilities across North America. Full bios on the About page.

Remote most of the year. Cabo, spring 2026.

How we work

Remote, and built to stay that way.

  • Fully remote

No office to return to. The team is spread across North America, and remote is how the company runs, not a policy waiting to be reversed.

  • Overlap, not hours

Five hours of shared time across North American time zones. The rest is yours to arrange.

  • Built for remote

Every system, from how we plan to how we ship, was designed for a distributed team. Nothing depends on being in the room.

  • AI, from the top

Leadership uses AI daily and expects the same across the company. New tools get adopted here, not debated.

  • Close to the work

Everyone is close to customers and to the numbers; nobody is three layers from the decision.

  • Judged by outcomes

ETCC, DOE and state regulators evaluate what our programs deliver. That is the scoreboard we work to.

When something opens

Roles are posted here and on LinkedIn the day they open.

Each listing says what the work is and who you would work with. Until then, the best way to know what we care about is to read how the company and its product work.
