What is the Enervee Utility Marketplace?
A white-label ecommerce experience that turns efficient choices into action—rebates at checkout, integrated financing, demand-response enrollment, and verified savings—all surfaced with the Enervee Score for over 40 product categories.
How fast can we launch?
Most partners launch a branded MVP in 6–10 weeks, with phased rollouts (categories, incentives, financing, DR) added on a sprint cadence. Complex integrations can extend timelines; we scope collaboratively.
Which product categories and retailers are supported?
All major appliances, HVAC and water heating, connected home, lawn & garden, electronics and more—fed by live retailer pricing and availability plus direct fulfillment where applicable.

How are rebates handled?
We support instant, coupon, and post-purchase rebates, including eligibility checks, zip/API validation, and stacking with retailer offers. Learn more about our utility marketplace solutions.
Do you support financing?
Yes. Through Eco Financing by Enervee®, eligible customers can check out with low monthly payments, $0 down, a soft credit check, and instant decisions—shown alongside cash price and rebates. Availability varies by program and category. Learn more on the Eco Financing page.
Can the marketplace support demand response?
Yes. We can promote DR-ready products, enroll customers during checkout, and pass device/participant data to your DR platform or aggregator. Messaging and event logic are configurable.
Will it match our brand and meet accessibility standards?
Absolutely. The marketplace is fully white-label (logos, palette, typography, content) and built mobile-first to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines, with SEO-friendly markup and performance budgets.
What reporting do we get?
Dashboards and scheduled reports for traffic, conversions, SKUs sold, incentives redeemed, avoided energy/CO₂, and campaign attribution. We also support program evaluation data and custom fields.
How do you handle privacy and security?
Security and privacy are our default. Enervee encrypts data in transit and at rest—and we go further by encrypting all PII at the database column level using native PostgreSQL pgcrypto PGP. Encryption keys are managed with AWS KMS and HashiCorp Vault backed by HSMs. We host on AWS and use GuardDuty and Inspector, and we deploy via Kubernetes (managed node groups and Fargate) to minimize server management risk. We also run regular third-party penetration tests and apply GitLab SAST throughout our SDLC. Enervee maintains a SOC 2 Type II program and complies with CCPA.
